At Odd Lemons, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact email.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong design, colour, or simply no longer wanting the product.

Because our products are carefully packed and are often small decorative or stationery items, we encourage you to review the product details before placing your order.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow the applicable payment provider or bank processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
